Emergency radical cystoprostatectomy for a perforated bladder tumour presenting with peritonitis

Abstract

Spontaneous bladder perforation is a rare presenting feature of bladder malignancy. We report a case that presented with peritonitis and underwent emergency radical surgery with good postoperative recovery.
